I booked a cab on 9/2/2019 from chennai to tada waterfalls. The cab was delayed by 1hr 45 minutes. I complaint regarding compensation for delay.
It has been more than 4 months still my issue has not been resolved.
I contacted two customer service executives (goibibo) about the issue, they mailed me that all your refund will be deposited to your account. Unfortunately the same has not been processed.
All they give me a false assurance.
It was waste of time, energy and money by using goibibo service.

All the necessary documents attached.

booking id TRNAFCMIBPVEIH. But the tickets are not yet booked. Please confirm my tickets or refund my money asap. Or I will escalate it.
