[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — complaining about the customer care service and wrong cancellation | |||||
I wanted to cancel my booked flight from mumbai to dubai but the bookung executive wrongly cancelled my return flight from dubai to mumbai because of which i was not allowed to board the flight and had to wait at the airport from evenibg till next morning after traveling past 30 hours with various halts from stockholm. Goibibo abroad number wasn't working and hence one of my friend contacted from india and the spokesperson said that you to wait for 48 hours for a solution! Even after realising the mistake and promising me a solution in 24 hours i have to explain the issue to 7 different over a week's time. I was asked to take less refund then the amount of new ticket. Finally on warning them with comolaining in consumer court i am promised a refund. I am highly disappointed with the services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
