This is regarding my 2-nights stay at hotel apex executive, mumbai on 1st and 2nd sept, 2018. I had pre-booked and paid an amount of rs.2654 for a room for 3 people through goibibo app for 2 nights. On reaching the hotel, i was offered a room where it could accommodate only 2 persons. No space for adding an extra mattress as well. The hotel staff suggested me to shift to a larger room and said that only 1 large room was vacant. Since it was already 10 pm and i had to catch up a flight to europe next day, i agreed to shift to the larger room instead of hopping around mumbai in search of other hotels. Unfortunately, i was charged an extra rs. 2000 for staying in that large room where the tv and ac remotes were not even in working state. Such pathetic service of the hotel staff. Moreover, they insisted me to pay in cash and told that they do not accept card payments. Such a bad experience i had. I ended up paying rs.4654 for 2 nights and regret it so very much because i'm pretty sure i would have got a much better and comfortable accommodation at such a price. Although i paid for 3 people in advance, they offered me a room for only 2 persons and instead charged me extra again although the hotel staff was completely at fault. Was this information helpful? |
