[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Complaint about refund of my bus booking ticket not generated ticket | |
I was booked a bus ticket from Kadipur up to Delhi in the RS Yadav. Ticket is not generated after amout deducted. No sms or email found regarding booking and also not showing any details on goibibo application. Tried to get information from your customer care via Twitter. They replied to refund the amount in 7- 10 days. So I booked again in the same bus and for the same seat. Now they are saying that we send the sms and email that I never found, could not refund the amount. Jun 20, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Provided booking is correct. But another booking failed before this. No information found about that Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
