Ibibo Group / Goibibo — complaint for rescheduling of ticket

I have booked a flight for 6th january 2019 e ticket no 160-[protected] from mumbai to kelowna. We are trying to reschedule the ticket to 12th january 2019 (Same flight).
The cost for rescheduling is rs 135000/- (Approx) but the new ticket is available for rs. 80000/-. The charges are totally absurd. How can you charge such amount if the ticket is available on cheap rate on your website? I am trying to connect through customer care but i have not received any logical solution
I request you to provide a logical quotation for the same at the earliest.

I booked hotel with id HTL4HVRPWA on goibibo.
Name of hotel: oyo6253, hotel garden view resort.
When reached hotel, manager told property was closed from 5 months.
Now goibibo is not returning refund.
Please help me
