The worst experience with Goibibo customer care Service .
I have booked ticket for my family from MAA - BOM and i requested for changes in timing and let me know the extra fare charge From last 8 days they are just bluffing and saying we have marked email to airlines but Airlines has not reverted back .
Without any final solution how the ticket are been closed and when i call customer care team says they create new Ref id and say they will update in next 48 hrs . But that 48 hrs has taken 8 days still no final conclusion .

Now after calling back to check the status customer care team shared new Ref #[protected]
Seriously some time i feel they are taking so litely to customer as if they don't care .
I was the one who is to say my friend that Goibibo system is good and quick response .
But when it was my turn i really got to know how bad is the team and same word same dialog are been pushed to client by just simply saying as wait for 48 hrs .
I m really sorry i have to write so much bez they was no proper follow up and solution given to me as a client .
