I have ordered a ticket, and during the process i have used a Dutch phone number as i am Dutch.

This phone number cannot be used to login with goibobo app or website.

I would like to cancel my flights.

What do i need to do to cancel this flight and can i have my money returned?

Updated by David123456789 There is not a single posibility to conctact an employee. The help files and FAQ etc are of no help. There is no way to update my data, i cannot even check in from the app or website because i cannot login. I would like to cancel my flights.
