[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — deduction of cash from account without flight being booked. | |||
I tried booking a flight on 4/8/19 from delhi to guwahati at goibibo. I was making the payment through bhim app.. But while the payment was still processing i cancelled the payment but my account got debited and the flight didn't get booked. I checked my ministatement and the money was transferred. The bhim app says transaction failure but my account got debited. How can i get my cash refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
