[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — deficiency in services | |||
This is to state that i booked a car through goibibo to travel from panchkula sector 20 upto rajpura junction which is approximately at a distance of 48 km. The car was to arrive at 4.25 am on monday 20th november in morning. I had to catch a train at 5.50 am from rajpura junction for onward journey upto bathinda. My ticket of ac chair car was reserved. The payments were already done in advance through online. But in morning the car and driver never turned up. I called the driver at 4.35 am on the number provided to me by goibibo. The driver never picked up the phone. Then i called his owner. He told me that car had broken down and the driver cant come. Then i called goibibo customer care but they didnt help. I had no money in my pocket. I borrowed money from somebody, travelled in local bus and reached bathinda. I got late, had to face harrassment, got exhausted, missed my surgery and sufferred monetary loss. Was this information helpful? | |||
