Ibibo Group / Goibibo — delay in refunding money

I have booked a room in kolkata at hotel diamond plaza. But at the time of check in the receptionist don't let us allowed to the room saying check in problem. When we called goibibo they don't receive our call. After 20 days of that booking they are saying they can't refund the amount
