I had booked a 2 hotel rooms through your site on 23rd oct 2017 and cancelled it on 24th due to personal reasons however have not received the payment refund for the same till date. Please let me know what is the time period for reversal as the amount is stuck and cannot be utilized. Which has caused a lot of inconvenience due to the constant follow up with the bank as notification on your website showed as refunded but as a matter of fact it was not initiated by your organization itself.
