[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — denial of existing booking | |||
I booked a train from dli to jind junction through goibibo app for 26th of pnr:[protected] and trn:12481. The ticket status remained waiting and thus was not confirmed. I was therefore not able to travel. I requested for a refund of the amount i had paid through the app which was answered in denial of any such booking having been done by me. Whileas the goibibo team sent me an email three days ago stating that the refund has been completed although the amount has not reflected in my account till now. Was this information helpful? | |||
