Booked the hotel paid online the hotel guy asked extra 500 to check in but I refused then I asked for customer support and they took almost 2 hrs for resolution just delaying the issue and wasting my time..at last after so much time lost and the day wasted they agreed on refunding money and that too it will take 10 days. No compensation nothing worst ever experience on Goibibo.
