[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — didn't get a room and didn't get a refund! | |||||
I booked a room on 14 december 2018 in aerith - birds of paradise. I had paid in full on the website. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff said there were no rooms available, even though i have already booked and paid. The hotel said they will fix us up with some other hotel, we agreed. After that they got us a room in which people were already residing and asked us to share the room with them. We disagreed and asked for a refund to which they said take it up with goibibo. Goibibo wont answer calls or anything. I spent 2300 rupees for nothing and got stuck outside for the night! Was this information helpful? | |||||
