Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Didn't receive my refund

In goibibo app i was booked a train ticket from secunderabad to brahmapur on 30th and the ticket got cancelled the app shows the refund will be returned after 1 week but i didn't get my refund. Booking ID-TRNAGDZORADJGF and Transaction ID -T2209291116518123019445 and please take action. Thank you
