Ibibo Group / Goibibo — different and low quality room provided than booked | |||
On the date 28th may, i had a booking for deluxe sea view room in rococco ashvem, goa my booking id is htlaefcw9w. At the time of check-in i get to know that the hotelier reserved the property for renovation purpose and provided me standard grande room that cost almost half of the amount i paid for the booking. I filed the complaint right at the moment to goibibo and they promised to provide me a resolution sooner. For the same the goibibo customer care executive took me on conference call with the hotelier and get duly confirmed that i got a different and low quality room than promised. After this i asked goibibo to help me getting my excess money paid for the booking but its been a week today but i did not get any revert or refund from the side of goibibo or the hotelier. I am extremely disappointed about the low class room provided to me by hotelier and inappropriate services provided by goibibo. Along with spoiling my luxurious vacation, this incidence is wasting my time again and again over the call that is not offering me any remedy in the end.
