[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — diwali time with family not give rooms even after advance payment | |||||
I have booked 2 hotel room in jaisalmer for 2 days (Check in 9nov to check out 11 nov) total 5 adult. When i reach hotel, person refused to give me room, we don't have any room available, then we talk to customer care of goibibo. After long discussion of around 2 hours they r not able to provide us rooms in any other hotel. We have to stay in oridnary non ac room all o[censored]s 5 adult in very small room... This is not good, i am complaining this because of my father, mother, wife & my child all of them have to suffer in this festival season Was this information helpful? | |||||
