Ibibo Group / Goibibo — due to covid 19 cancellation of my flights, refund not provided | |
Flights has been cancelled for my booking id ndcumggbt and ndcu6hgbt for 2 return tickets for myself and my wife from chennai to detroit for 27th april 2020 and return from detroit to chennai for 19th may 2020 due to covid19. I had booked 3 tickets and cancelled due to covid 19 on 5th april and i have received refund for 1 ticket with booking id ndculggbt on 8th april 2020 but still its more than 45 days and i have not received the refund for 2 other tickets. Currently i see a status like this — "dear customer, there will not be any refund applicable for your booking, as we have aborted the cancellation placed by you as per your request" in my account in goibibo for both booking id ndcumggbt and ndcu6hgbt. I had received cancellation mail on 5th april 2020 for 3 tickets and received refund only for 1 ticket with booking id ndculggbt. I have received mail saying refund will be given but now i see the message -"dear customer, there will not be any refund applicable for your booking, as we have aborted the cancellation placed by you as per your request". I never requested to abort the cancellation anytime Please help me refund the amount soon. Was this information helpful? | |
