I purchased an international ticket with emi offer and as per their website i was supposed to pay the emi of 7500 for 6 months. How ever when i clicked to pay the emi the whole ticket money of 45312 was deducted from my card and when i raised the complain that as per the offer i should be paying the emi and not the whole amount of the ticket and neither i received any document or statement stating that i bought the ticket in emi offer. I had to raise un authorized transaction complain with my credit card company finally with no appropriate reply they offered to cancel my ticket and i had to pay rs.1350 as convenience fees. I feel cheated as a customer to pay fees for a service in which there was no mistake or fault of mine.

I had to call them 5 times and finally at 11.45 Pm at night they pushed me to a position where i had no choice but to agree for the cancellation of the ticket.Now my credit card is blocked by my credit card company, i cannot buy a new ticket until i receive a new card and go ibibo offered some rs.500 go cash to use in their site which never came into my account, am sure there are some hidden rules to use all that cash and get stuck with these travel sites

Attached is the payment page and it clearly says pay Emi and when you click on pay then the whole amount gets debited and if that's how this works then as a consumer i should have known about how the EMI using card works .This information is clearly misleading the consumer .

The go Ibibo customer service is trying to make it is as if it's my fault and they have also gone to level to ask me if i ever used a credit card .my card older than their company.As per the webpage it clearly shows pay emi and not a single place or in terms it has written that my whole money will be debited.i was clearly mislead and i feel i have paid a convenience fees for a service that was truly misleading and ended up with a blocked credit card.Instead trying to justify they could ever do they should write in detail how the emi on tickets work and educate their customer service about the same and not blame the customer.
