Ibibo Group / Goibibo — extra money charged at the hotel after online payment through goibibo | |
I had booked a hotel in Prayagraj (Allahabad) for 3rd Sept, booking id : HTLUPKJYZL. Already paid the amount mentioned in goibibo. When we reached hotel they told that goibibo is showing wrong price and asked us to pay Rs. 250 more. We tried contacting goibibo customer care but there was no way to contact any personal. Tried may times. Ultimately had to give extra money and then stay. I need the extra paid amount back into my bank account. This is pathetic customer service. Will definitely never book from goibibo again and will never advise any one to. Was this information helpful? | |
