[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — failed flight ticket booking and amount deducted from bank - 2 times | |||
I tried to book ticket (RS.19787) on 8 Feb 2018 through GOIBIBO app and I received OTP from bank (SBI). Upon entering the OTP the app became non resposive and eventually crashed. I tried to book the ticket again and same happened again. Upon checking the bank statement Rs. 19787 got deducted twice from my account.Transaction details are below: 1. 8 Feb 2018, Txn#142464, RS.19787 2. 8 Feb 2018, Txn#168008, RS.19787 As I checked with GOIBIBO customer care they informed these payments were not received and they cannot provide the ticket. Now I'm wondering where my money has gone and please do the earliest to return the amount to My bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
