[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Flight booking unsuccessful after the payment is done

On Aug 16th I tried booking a flight from Mangalore to Nagpur through Goibibo website. After the amount was deducted and goibibo site got stuck and the booking was not completed. Till now I haven't got the amount refunded. Kindly refund the amount asap.

Proof of payment is attached along with this complaint.
