Good Evening,
I booked a GO-AIR flight G-8 120 class H from Bengaluru to Delhi
schedule from 11:40 to 14:30 which got cancelled as per the attached screen shot.
Later on on the goibibo portal it shows that i have travelled.

Is this a joke ? or another procedure to extract money from
the wallets of needy people who are desperate to travel under urgent circumstances as the service is no longer being used due to its pathetic customer treatment.
Actions taken so far:-
1. Tried calling the customer services but no one answers or the call is never received
There is no formal medium of complain on the website
2. Tried reaching out to the official goibibo chatbot.There is chat bot which refuses to accept any form of faults from the company's portal perspective
3. I had also lodged a complain on resolver which is the main website for consumer complains associated with goibibo but it seems its closed now.

There is no forum or medium through which we can connect with them for complains.
None of the complain forums are reachable. This is the only medium.
It seems the airline service is taking advantage of the Global Crisis Situation of Covid to get money from the consumers.
This is a highly disappointing service offered by the Goibibo.
