Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Flight Refund confirmation received but till date not received any refund

I received a text message from goibibo on 9th Aug 2020 stating that the refund application request 5690672 raised by goibibo to Air France has been approved and I will receive refund in 10 days. But till date i have niether received refund nor are they replying to my email.
