I have booked a flight ticket from Make my trip on 13th July from Bangalore to Hyderabad. After booking I made 2 cab bookings which was suggested from make my trip from my location to Bangalore Airport. The first cab driver arrived on time (Booking ID - CARPIGBL4C69MCI) and my family was able to reach airport on time. The second cab driver (Booking IDCARPIGBL5PI9DFS)
dint even call me and I had to reach out the goibibo customer care to know where the driver was, the customer care told me that he will reach in 2 minutes and later I receive the call from driver and he kept on saying that he is reaching in another 2 mins and after one hour of waiting he never turned up. I had to take my personal car reach the airport and pay for the valet parking and reach the counter to hear that I have missed my flight. I am really upset and frustrated with the pathetic service and coz of which I had to miss the flight and it was an important day as I couldn't reach on time to attend my sisters wedding. Goibibo is giving me a charity of 400Rs for the driver not reaching which I have rejected. I want my flight refund and even If i have to fight for my refund I will do. Was this information helpful? |
