I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights booking refund
The issue that I have experienced was: My flights (scheduled in April & May 2020) were cancelled due to Covid and SpiceJet refunded the amount to Goibibo, which they placed in a credit shell. But I now have no plans to travel on that route nor with the set of passengers. Thus, I need complete refund.
And there is no option to do that online and there is no customer service to connect with. The Chat option they offer is more like someone answering FAQ's.
It occurred on: 15/10/2020
