Hi - I had flights from Mumbai to Toronto with Ethiopian Airlines on April 1, 2020 through Goibibo. Due to lockdown, I had got call from Goibibo that they would provide me a reschedule code t reschedule this flights within a year. But I never received any code. On contacting Ethiopian Airlines directly, the Hyderabad agent provided a reschedule code to Goibibo, copying me on email, for rescheduling. Still no action. I have written at least 20 email and received no response. The contact numbers on the website are not useful, and if it get connected, they raise a ticket and mark it as resolved saying the case is sent to appropriate department for action. The amount is 49500 and its been more than 5 months now receiving no confirmation or help from the travel provider. There is no easy way to contact them or get a clear resolution.

7. Website says your ticket is under covid cancellation and we are trying to contact airlines (while airlines already gave them code)
8. No other chat or contact option is helpful, not even cancelling the ticket is working.
