Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight rescheduling request aborted without information, claim for the refund.

Go ibibo booking reference number sea[protected], i made a request for rescheduling of my flight 24 hours prior to departure. Since i have not got update called the customer care they said we haven't got any update on your request we will raise a request from our end and will update you within 4 hours which is 12 hours before departure time. I haven't got update on the request raised by go ibibo so i again called customer care to know the status 2 hours before departure, they simply said rescheduling cannot be possible and refund cannot be possible (I know that charges are non refundable) but i requested them for date change due to personal issues, which they couldn't process, hence it's goibibo' fault. For there fault why i should bear loss. So i demand for detailed investigation n refund of the charges that i paid for booking ticket.
