I have booked a flight through goibibo.
The amount has been deducted but the status is showing 'booking in progress'.
It's been more than 10 hours but still the status remains same. I was told to contact customer support if the e ticket is not received within an hour.
Have tried contacting them n number of times but no response from their end.
Now if it doesn't get confirmed and if i have to book the ticket again i have to pay more than 3 times the fare.
Who will be responsible for this?
