With regards to booking id - nsgr8788s
On 19th november 2019 after booking my international flight tickets, i moved to immediately cancel the same. On receiving no confirmation of cancellation (After using the app service to cancel) i contacted the customer care to enquire regarding the status. I was told my ticket hasn't been cancelled and because i was a privileged customer i can make a cancellation request within 24 hours and my tickets would be cancelled without any cancellation charges.
On immediately reverting back asking for cancellation (Within the 24 hrs window) i received no reply. And later on my next email, i was informed that i was no longer eligible for free cancellation as i had communicated 24 hours after. Which was completely untrue, on providing the proofs of my emails to them they agreed that they were at fault and since then i have been unable to receive any reply from them.
I have also escalated my request to the management and have received no reply.
I am now considering legal actions this company and there attempts to defraud customers. Was this information helpful? |
