[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight ticket cancellation/reschedule refund not received | |
Sir On 26th January, 2018, i have booked air ticket from pune to kolkata via Mumbai airport for 26.02.2018 at Rs. 17191/- through Goibibo App. Later, I found that I have booked ticket for 26.02.2018 instead of ticket for 26.01.2018. Immediately reschedule it to 26.01.2018 but i had to pay Rs. 22202/-. Interestingly, I got no refund from above rescheduling. Many times I have contacted them over their telephone. But, no acceptable explanation is received from them. I am really astonished for their high handedness of Goibibo. Under the circumstances, i will be forced to leave the Goibibo application.
