Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight ticket of 22nd guwahati to delhi, refund waiting

I booked a flight ticket on 20th mar-20 guwahati to delhi but ticket could not be recd and amount Rs 7888/ has been transferred, on inquiring the same i was told it shall be refunded in 7 working days .
but sorry to say till date no any refund i recd .
pls explain me .
