[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Flight ticket refund for booking ID - GOFLDMTAND9F[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, It's been a long time refund request raised on 30th April 2021 still there is no update from Goibibo side. Not even able to get connected to customer service. What is the status of my refund ? Why it is still pending? Why airline not yet approved? Flight is cancelled by Airlines only . We are suffering because of that. Even not able to get connected with goibibo. Pathetic service or can call 0 service they r providing . No one talk or call to solve my problem. They r running fraud company I think.
