[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight ticket refunds | |||
I am daniel i had a booking for delhi to dubai and return with goibibo. I cancelled this booking due to some other appointments. They promised me a refund by maximum 7 to 14 working days as per their policy. It's been 30 days i am still waiting And the customer service guys are giving tall promises and they are not giving any clarity and now they are disconnecting my call today 5 time i called and asked to get the maneger online they disconnected all the time.
