I have booked 2 tickets through goibibo 1. Mumbai to rome via cairo dt 24th april 2020 (Booking id: tuaelvv08) 2. Milan to delhi via rome dt 3rd may 2020 (Booking id: n6evgblqf) Both the flights are already cancelled due to covid pandemic. I have tried to contact goibibo multiple times, and everytime i don't get a clear answer about my refund/ credit shell. It was clearly written in airlines policy that full refund will be credited if flight gets cancelled. It's been more than a month i am trying to chase goibibo but in vain. Help me get my money back.
