I have booked round trip Indigo flight from Ahemedabad to Dehradun from 14/11/2020 from Ahemedabad to Dehradun and From 18/11/2020 Dehradun to Ahemedabad via Goibibo on 24/10/2020 for amount of 19372. Due to some personal issues I had cancelled the flight on the same day within 2-3 hours directly from Indigo airline by call with full Refund and no deductible. Indigo reversed the full amount to Goibibo on same day. But Goibibo didn't processed the amount yet. As there is no customer support and there is no customer care person or any kind of customer support where we can directly talk about Refund and any issue, Me and my sister repeatedly tweeted and mailed about the Refund to Goibibo. Later on They replied on Twitter DM with Reference no. But we have Given different different reference nos. And Goibibo indicated that we will inquire about our Refund through this Reference no. to my bank. But on asking bank about this they said These Reference no. Is invalid. And ss we are provided different different reference nos . We are confused which one is authentic. And both reference nos. Are called invalid by Bank. We are in much need of money and in such crises time Goibibo holded our money and giving us False Reference nos. We are unable to know where we should go for justice. I have Attached all the documents and screenshots about booking . Please help me out.
