[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Fraud company | |||||
I have Booked a ticket in Goibibo and cancelled 1 week before the departure of the flight. I have received success message in the website but there system got down or something went wrong they did not receive the request it seems. Now the flight departure day came and now I got a message saying flight got delayed when i called them up, they are simply saying the request is not made. Then where have my request went. What the non-sense, it is there system mistake for not taking the request, they in turn saying they cannot help it is not there mistake. They are purely cheating people. I won't be leaving anyone until I get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
