I had booked a Volvo bus from kullu to delhi dated 1 July 2019 (8.00 pm) What's Wrong ?? 1)The bus come late around 9.15pm.No prior information was given to us regarding this. 2)The bus is no way near Volvo .It doesnot have any blanket, charging sockets were not working and also somewhere not present. Very conjusted while sitting.Poor Ac's. 3)Right from the start the bus speed and movement seems to be suspicious.The way driver was taking turn in a hilly area seems like we may soon be in the headlines of the next day newspaper titled 'Bus fallen from hill in Kullu'.Its very clear that the bus is not in good condition to drive.We constantly tried to reach FOX TRAVELLER but no one is taking our phone to help us. 4)After this drama, we finally called GoIbibo Customer Care Center and informed them about all these.From GoIbibo we got an excellent reply "PLEASE GIVE US 24 hour".I think they must be thinking of replying to our ghosts because the bus ride is getting more and more scary. 5)Around 4 am in the morning the bus stopped at a location.We asked driver what happened .He told us that some part of the bus has fallen somewhere.We asked him which part .He didn't gave us info.We have seen in the panel that it was clearly written that "BRAKE FAILURE ISSUE"..After that we refused to travel further from that bus and all the passengers get down.After that we asked for alternate but the driver is not listening to use and he is adamant to drive that bus..No alternate was arranged for us . They keep insisting us to take the bus although accepted that he is having problem in driving the bus PLS NOTE THAT WE HAVE COMPLETED ONLY 33% of our journey in that bus which is displaying "BRAKE FAILURE". What's next ??? We have arranged our own transport to reach to our home in Delhi safely.We got late by 5hours due to all these drama.After that we are constantly reaching Fox Traveller and Goibibo for our satisfactory refund but they are only passing the complaints from one department to another. One Executive said that take 50%, another said that take 60% and this keeps on repeating. What we want We want complete refund of our tickets.There is no point of settlement in between and why we should settle with GOibibo. a)67% of the journey was completed by us on our own Expense + b) Our bus type got changed + c)All those frustations that we faced in risking our lives These things should be considered by Goibibo Was this information helpful? | |||
