Dear sir/madem i had book cab from goibibo app from Rishikeshh inn hotel to Chandigarh on 7 june 2019 and the pickup time was 11:45 Am, i had payed advance money as Rs 841 online for this booking, but at the time of pickup i called the driver to ask that where is he and when he will reach at my location
but drive says that he can't come to pickup
due to this i had lost an important meeting
plz take strict action aginst this
my booking id is CARPA1JAJX6GO1V

It may take 5-14 working days (excluding all Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) to reflect in your paid bank account.

Also, on goodwill gesture, we are crediting 1000 non-promotional goCash in your Go-cash account and it will reflect within next 48-72 hours.
