[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — goibibo cheated me and regretted to call back

I had booked an hotel with booking id htl7l4mtfr located at ooty from 27-31st of december, we have booked it 1 month priorly as we are going there from pune. Once after reaching the hotel the hotelier denied our checking as they r no longer in contact with goibibo and oyo as they have cheated crores of amount to be given to the hotel. We strived very hard and requested hoteler to please provide us the stay as we dont have any idea about the location but they said hotel is full, this happened at 3 pm and we tried calling goibibo and oyo for help and they said as we will get call back n we never got. Finally around 6 they called us and said they will provide alternate hotel but they found no hotels were available as it is peak season time also they had a talk with the hotel supervisor too but they simply denied it. It was hell cold outside and the hotelier was throwing us out and we were continuously calling goibibo for help and we said until unless they provide room we r never gonna leave as it was a new location to us and it was very very cold outside. But the hotelier was providing the rooms to the one who directly walks in but he told us and to goibibo as no rooms available so we fought with them that we had come from long distance. Finally he came to the point that he cant provide rooms at this cheap price which we had booked through goibibo (We booked the hotel for 4500 for 4 nights) but they demanded 3000 per night, again we tried calling goibibo and said that rooms are available but still the hotelier denies, around 8.30 pm in shivering cold we got call back from goibibo (Mr. Dharmender - supervisor goibibo) and they had requested hotel to provide rooms as they had already paid to them but the hotelier was not accepting it and came to the point that he has only one room left and these people are here from 3 pm so we are ready to give it for 3000 pernight. Its already late so goibibo has said us to check in to the same hotel as they will refund the amount we paid already and the difference amount will be compensated to us and also he had sent mail stating about the compensation and he requested us to send invoice copy which we recieve from hotel and the complete bank details. I have replied to the same mail on 3rd of january with relevant documents and tried calling goibibo for the past 4 days and they are saying me that i will get call back but i never got call back and i had called them more than 20 times and above. Everytime i have to explain them what has happened and finally they will say as i will get call back but i have never got. This goibibo is cheating people like anything and they are not here to serve people's at all. I request you to kindly do the possible as we had spent 12000 to the hotel which we took for the vacation and also the hotel was not even having the basic amenities they just wanted to dig money from the people as they've got to know that it is a peak season. Also they did the same to the other people's who had come there through online booking.

They are such a gold diggers.
