I have booked Townhouse 937 The Grand Hospitality, Tiruppur through Goibibo. When I reached the hotel the executive said rooms are full. Goibibo has taken additional bookings than the room availablity. Since then I am trying to reach their customer care, executives are placing call on hold to check with the hotel and never returned to call. Written mail to [protected]@oyorooms.com customer care as given in the booking confirmation document, mail is bouncing. I don't know how to get my amount back.
Please beware of such frauds, it's always good to book hotels directly than the cheaters like Goibibo Was this information helpful? |
