Hi team,
I booked a ticket from goibibo on[protected] and used upi payment option. After proceeding with payment which didn't go through, it again asked to proceed for payment.
When proceeded again, i got 2 debit transactions but the ticket got booked only once.
When checked with my bank, they notified that the beneficiary (Goibibo) is already credited with both amounts and i need to follow up with ibibo for the same.
I am trying to get in touch with goibibo since then but could not get any response at either mail ([protected]@goibibo.com) or at customer support.
I am really frustrated with the service where i could not get required assistance.
Hopefully this request finds the appropriate team and request you to kindly look into the issue and credit the extra debited amount back to my account. Was this information helpful? |
