Goibibo is a big brand but they don't take their customers seriously as i have booked a flight with gobibo and after that, there was an option of booking cab too, i didn't even take a moment and just booked a cab too because i am working at bangalore and here you could not expect an on-time pickup. On that day goibibo scheduled cab reached my location late and by that, i missed my flight. I then and there called goibibo and told to pay the extra amount that i am paying to the airlines for the next booking but they refused to pay. This is a very unprofessional behavior shown by goibibo as i was waiting for my cab since 3:00 pm but cab reached my location at 5:15 pm and the cab that i got was having different vehicle number and was not even accepting the otp, i am writing this here because i want justice and these things should not be repeated with anyone. Fake goibibo.
