Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Goibibo is holding my money

I have made three reservations in goair airlines via. goibibo for the travel during the last week of March, 2020. The flights have been cancelled by the airlines itself due to pandemic . After a constant fight with the goair airlines we could manage to get the refund from them. (Attached the mail from go air transferring the amount to goibibo, our travel agent). Now Goibibo as our travel agent is just holding our money and they cant be accessible now via customer care phone or mail. But goibibo has refunded part of my refund as go cash or kind of credit shell which we can not use in the near future due to pandemic. Attached the details forwarded by goibibo.
