Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Goibibo not refunding my amount | |||
I had booked a round trip ticket from mumbai to Abu Dhabi for travel in the month of Feb 2020. The return ticket was on 3rd May 2020. However, due to pandemic and subsequent lockdown, airports were shutdown. However, the ticket is still valid till Dec 2020. We wanted to cancel the ticket since it was not travelled and we have been trying to contact Goibibo since last 3-4 months for this and there is not a single response from them. We tried several contact numbers or email id at Goibibo but that is not functional. They provide a link which opens up to a page as shown in attachment. Please help us what is to be done further. Booking was done through Goibibo mobile app. Its so frustrating to know that Goibibo does not have any customer support at all that is functional during this pandemic situation. I am never going to use goibibo for any bookings further and will not recommend anybody to use their services. Was this information helpful? | |||
