[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — goibibo-refund of amount | |
My husband booked a ticket through goibibo and booking id :amduzt2kb and due to some reason we are cancelled so, when he had cancelled the ticket that time representative of goibibo told that you will get the full refundable amount and after 30 days he called us and told that airlines not accepting the request and they deduct the taxes of several thing then after we also accept that and he emailed to us and told that within 3 to 4 working days you will get the payment in your registered account but almost 50 days gone and we are not getting refund. Evenif we emailed also but then also no response from their side. Need a help. Was this information helpful? | |
