Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Goibibo team delaying refund - Airline already processed refund 1 month back

Dears,

I was having a booking with goibibo and jazeera airways from kuwait to delhi to and fro with booking id - mysmf[protected].
Due to the current pandemic my airline cancelled the booking and paid refund on 16th jun-20 and still till date i am waiting to get refund from them.
I have raised so many request drop so many emails but they always say we are looking at it.
Can some one help.
