Ibibo Group / Goibibo — GoSafe cab never showed up | |
Hello Team, This is regarding my travel booking corresponding to id GOFLMT[protected]. I booked my ticket from Chennai to Delhi and along with that, paid for a cab via Gosafe. It was prepaid and the information showed that i would get the cab hassle free on airport. After the booking, app showed only my ticket booking and cab showed "Visit after 30 min". The status stayed same even after I landed on Delhi Airport. It was a horrible experience and i never expected this from an esteemed company like goibibo. I want action on the same. Else I'll make sure to never use goibibo again and convey my feedback to my friends as well. I had to look for cabs on airport till agra. Had no clue about my prepaid booking. There was no communication on cab booking from your end, even if it was cancelled, you should have informed.
