Dear sir, i have booked hotel through your app. The hotel is oyo 1001 hotel blue ocen at mumbai. Further i have provided the my gst details and asked the hotel gst invoice, but hotel denied to give gst bill quoting, amount is paid to goibibo hence bill will be provided by ibibo only. So i need gst bill with my company gst urgently. Further, i have booked hotel by using with full details of my company gst number, but deliberately you have not considered gst number, however other than gst no all other information like name of company, address, phone number, email address are coming. I have raised a complaint on 22.08.2019 with complaint ref no.29290395 but goibibo, oyo and The hotel not responding my request. Booking id: htlr6deyge Payment id: gohtldandr6deyge Company gst no:27aaccs4699e1z1 I have booked hotel, with breakfast and dinner but same is not provided by hotel. As per your, terms and conditions, i am eligible for 100 % money back. Please initiate 100% refund process. Hence, i urgently require gst invoice with my company gst number. I have booked a ticket from Mumbai to Guwahati on 3/10/2019, but ticket was not booked but amount got debited.
