I made a booking with goibibo and the hotel information was misleading and the hotel room was utterly unhygeinic and full of fungus
I paid for a luxury room and got a third class pathetic room and the staff was also rude
When i called the goibibo customer care they disconnected my call multiple times in the middle of the conversation then an executive said we will give you a resolution in an hour and mever called back and then whenever i called again i had to explain the entire situation again to bo avail
Then the customer support said we cannot help you because the hotel denies the refund
So i was forced to stay in a pathetic dingy place inspire of paying 7000 rupees per day for a room
I feel utterly harrassed and humiliated
And its really shameful for an organisation like goibibo to give such worse timw to its customers Was this information helpful? |
